2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). This RAN must be clearly marked on the package when returning the product.

3.3 Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all products within the specified return period. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use when returning the item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds and Exchanges


3.1 Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, but excluding any original shipping charges if a surcharge was applied (islands and offshore).

3.2 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product for an alternative item, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We offer free exchanges, and we will ship the alternative item to you once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for exchange.

4. Timeframe for Refunds and Exchanges


4.1 Refund Processing Time: We strive to process refunds within 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.2 Exchange Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange within 7 working days. The timeframe for delivery of the alternative item may vary depending on availability and shipping destination.
