1. Shipping Destinations
1.1 Mainland UK: We offer free shipping to all mainland UK addresses.
1.2 Northern Ireland: Deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a £10 surcharge payable on checkout. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
1.3 Channel Islands & Islands: Deliveries will incur a £10 surcharge payable on checkout. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
1.4 An Express option (next day delivery) is available to some areas of the UK if ordered before 10am. If your postcode is eligible you will be presented with this option at checkout. A £10 surcharge applies.
1.5 International Shipping: We currently ship overseas to Ireland, Germany & France. Shipping costs will apply for International order, and will be added at checkout. Please be aware; items may be liable for import taxes and duties to your country. These costs are the customers responsibility. The courier delivery firm will contact you prior to delivery if there are due.
Shipping Times:
UK Mainland: 1-3 working days - Express (Next Day) Available
UK Islands: 2-4 working days
Ireland: 2-4 working days.
France & Germany: 4-7 working days
2. Delivery Timeframe
2.1 Order Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in order processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2.2 Delivery Service: All deliveries are handled by our trusted shipping partner, DPD. They provide reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
2.3 Estimated Transit Time: The estimated transit time for delivery after the order has been dispatched is typically 1-3 working days for mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles, and Islands may take slightly longer.
2.4 For the Express option orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 10am. Otherwise, they will be dispatched the following day on DPD's overnight delivery service.
3. Tracking and Notifications
3.1 Shipment Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the contact information you provided during checkout (email or text). This allows you to track the progress of your shipment online through the DPD tracking system.
3.2 Delivery Notifications: DPD will also send you notifications regarding the status of your delivery, including estimated delivery windows and any updates or changes to the delivery schedule. Please ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and up to date to receive these notifications.
4. Delivery Requirements
4.1 Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD will leave a calling card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
4.2 Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or misplacements. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
